As a licensed LPC-Supervisor I am passionate about growing and guiding new Counselors.
About Me
I have had the opportunity to gain a unique awareness of the many issues that families face. I have considerable experience helping clients who are facing a wide range of struggles from anxiety and job stress to suicidal ideation and family crisis.
Education
I have a Bachelor of Science in Education with a Minor in Biblical Studies from Lee University and a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston. Before opening New Hope I spent 11 years working as a school counselor and a contract LPC.
Getting Help
Counseling isn’t a quick fix but it is the first step on the road to finding hope and healing. For many people experiencing emotional distress (ex. depression, relationship difficulties, anxiety) therapy offers a safe space to process the pain, find relief, and gain new insight.
